How do I download the transcripts or videos? +

How do I download the transcripts or videos?

Each module or lesson has a transcripts and activity sheets in them.

To download these PDF files:

1.Look for the “download the transcript” button inside each module

2. Depending on your browser setting, it might automatically download when you click on it, or a new tab in your browser will open.

    1. If A happens, you can find your downloads in your Downloads folder in your computer, or the PDF reader document folder on your phone.
    2. If it opens to a tab, “right click” on your mouse, or long press on your mobile device and choose “Save As”.

To download the videos:
1. Look for the “download this video” button inside each module

2. It might automatically download on your device or you need to “Right Click” and choose Save As

How do I update/change my credit card details?

To update your credit card details, please contact our customer happiness department through our Live Chat or by sending them an email. Wait for the link they'll give to update your credit card information. When you have the link, simply put in the details in the boxes and click the 'Update" button.

For security, we are not allowed to get your credit card number. Please keep your card number confidential.

How do I get my next module? +

How do I get my next module?

You should receive the next module of the program in your email.

The frequency of when you’ll receive each modules are not the same with all programs.
For Understanding Men for example, you will receive the modules every other day.
Commitment Control 2 is on a weekly basis or every 7 days.

Why don't I see all my programs in my library?

The Library is only for the programs that are of membership and the bonus programs that came with them. ACM series, which is a subscription, is not in the Library because it is sent to your email on a monthly basis.
